1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cbaji6 platform — including the website at cbaji6.bio, any associated mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider in relation to a cbaji6 deposit — other than in cases of genuine unauthorised use reported immediately to cbaji6 — constitutes a material breach of these terms. cbaji6 reserves the right to close the account, recover outstanding amounts by all available means, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
